I believe that through a balanced mind and body, anything is possible. Work with me because:
- I focus on what your body needs. Our stress levels, moods, habits and daily activities all have an impact on how our bodies feel on a daily basis. Each session is customized to what your body needs every time we work together.
- I have over 10 years experience working with various levels of abilities and helping people rehabilitate from injuries like low back, knee, neck, shoulder, hip and spinal stenosis.
- I work with clients to establish calm and embrace the present, through mindfulness practices and stress-management techniques.
- I know how it feels to go through life with pain and I found a way out with Pilates! Pilates was the best part of my day after working at a stressful office job. I left each session feeling strong and energetic with any tension I’d had melted away. With the encouragement of one of my instructors, I joined a teacher training program.
- I am two steps away from Joseph Pilates. My teacher was trained by Joseph Pilates’ protege Romana Kryzanowska.
