Regroup & Rehabilitate
Your body takes in tension from life. When you take Pilates with me you can regroup and let it go. If you’ve had an injury and are cleared for exercise, Pilates is a good next step to get you back into exercise. I’ll help you move beyond PT and rehabilitate your whole body so it works to support you.
